“Oh man, was he upset!” Uncle Dennis Foley recounts the events of a hot summer’s night in 1960’s Chester Hill when local drinker and home-brewer, Doug Stoker’s, brewery (fibro toilet out the back, lined with Styrofoam boxes) blew up - at 2am, while Dennis was there playing cards.
